The top floor room with balcony offered fantastic city views. The staff was friendly and included a free city ticket for public transportation. The location was excellent, close to the train station and downtown. The room was spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped.

Something I particularly liked about my romantic escape at this hotel was the great location. It was conveniently situated close to popular attractions and had easy access to public transportation. Another positive aspect was the comfortable bed with a restful night's sleep. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the well-equipped kitchenette in the room, great to prepare our own meals.

There were also some aspects that I disliked about the hotel. The room itself was quite small and lacked the necessary comfort for a romantic getaway.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk from the train station and close to public transport. The room had a sitting area and all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free WiFi worked well.

My stay was really enjoyable, I loved that it was fairly clean throughout, with absolutely breathtaking views and perfect lovation right by the train station, the lake, the old town. The full cooked breakfast had plenty of delicacies and was above average. The hotel provided reasonable prices.

Had a good stay on business trip. Loved clean bathroom and an ironing set, a work desk and a satellite TV in our double room. The full cooked breakfast was rich and healthy, lots of options.

We are happy to say that we enjoyed location and staff. The place where you can have lunch an easy walk to the hotel is Al Amir Restaurant.

The kitchenette in my room at Adagio was amazing. It had everything I needed - electric stoves, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, and plenty of utensils. I was like I had my own mini apartment.

Although I would have preferred daily cleaning, the weekly housekeeping service was acceptable. It would have been more hygienic for me as a doctor to have daily cleaning, but I understand it may not be feasible for every guest.

The location of this hotel is superb! It is just a short walk away from the beautiful lakeside and the main area of the city. Being able to stroll along the lake and explore the city without needing to rely on transportation was a major convenience. the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. They were always available to answer any questions and provide assistance, made our stay much more enjoyable.

One major downside of our stay was the uncomfortable bed in our room. It was a fold-out bed that was not very comfortable to sleep on, causing restless nights and discomfort.
